Paul Halliday is the founder of George Edwards. Paul’s property journey started at age 17 when he bought his first home at auction. Since then he has worked for a number of agencies becoming a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (MARLA). Paul is originally from Scotland but now lives with his partner Natalie in the East Midlands where they moved to be closer to both of their families.. There is nothing Paul loves more than exploring the great outdoors, other than his partner Natalie and their dog Sasha ofcourse. Natalie's work focuses on animal welfare and conservation. Paul and Natalie adopted Sasha the borador (Labrador, border collie mix) from Sirius Dog Sanctuary in Cyprus. Sasha spent 8 years at the Sanctuary and was overlooked because she was so shy. Since coming home, she has come out of her shell and has become quite the confident independent lady. George Edwards helps sponsor the shelter so Sirius Dog Sanctuary can continue to do their amazing work.
Born and brought up in Wiltshire, he moved to Pembrokeshire in 2001. Since then his work has taken him down probably all roads in the county, and into Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. In 2016 Andrew met Carol and the have just moved into their forever home in Neyland along with Andrew’s rescue dog RJ. Although they now only have a small garden, Andrew is excited that he no longer has to cut a lawn and with views over the Cleddau Estuary, who really needs a lawn? Andrew has actively been involved in local politics over the years having previously served as both a town and district councillor. In the past, Andrew has worked in property and so is excited to be part of the George Edwards Family.
Emily Sansom recently joined George Edwards as a member of the team to learn about estate agency and develop her skills. Having had a poor experience in the past while trying to find the perfect home for her and her mum, Emily knew she never wanted anyone else to have the experience she did. Emily is committed to making sure that everyone has a great experience no matter if they are looking to rent, sell, or buy from their very first enquiry until they move into their new home. Emily loves going on walks with her Labrador Oscar and spending time with her family especially her little nephew and nieces. Emily may not have long started her property journey but has learned so much already and can’t wait to learn even more.
Due to the excellent sales particulars produced by Paul and the advice he provided we were in a position to accept an offer after the house had been on the market for only four days.
Paul Halliday really knows and understands the local market and is a pleasure to deal with from the initial market appraisal to the full marketing. He has been absolutely first rate at communicating and answering all...
Selling a home can be emotionally trying but Paul Halliday did everything possible to relieve us of that and accommodate our sticking points and specifics. We have bought and sold many times on different continents...
